Cards, Everyday Occasions

It’s Smooth Sailing With Watercolor Shapes

This week I’ll be focusing on the current 2021-2022 Annual Catalog, especially cards that have been in my “to be posted” folder with stamps and dies that are on the retiring list.

Today, we’ll start with the Smooth Sailing Dies

This card was part of a nautical theme class I held last year. For the nautical sampler we used one of the images from the Artistically Inked stamp for the background, the letters from the Playful Alphabet dies and the Smooth Sailing Dies and Sailing Home stamp .

I also used the Watercolor Shapes on the card. I like using this stamp for backgrounds. Because of the different shapes in the set, you can use it in many ways.
