Sunny Sentiments With Butterflies & Flowers

In yesterday’s post, I shared a card with the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Mask and today I’m back with another card using the big flower cluster.

My aim was to keep the card clean and simple so I opted for the big bold sentiment from the Sunny Sentiments stamp. I think these two big elements work well together.

Card Details

Unfortunately, Sunny Sentiments is no longer available, but the focus is on the mask and another sentiment can be used in its place.

  • Card base – Pear Pizzazz 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
  • For the layer I only sponged the edges with one of the background masks since it was going to be covered by the front layer. Pear Pizzazz ink was used.
  • The flower cluster was sponged with Poppy Parade ink as well as the layer. Even though both were inked with the same color, the layer stands out.
  • Basic White cardstock was cut at 3-3/4″ x 5″.
  • The leaves were sponged with Pear Pizzazz ink.
  • Sentiment was stamped with Early Espresso ink.
  • A couple of brushed brass butterflies were added to complete the card.

I loved creating with this mask. You can make stunning quick cards with minimal supplies.

New Catalog Coming Soon

As products retire, the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog is around the corner with new and fun products. As a demonstrator, we get to see and pre order from it before it goes live. There are new In Colors coming, which I’m excited about creating with them. Soon I will share with you some sneak previews.

Meanwhile, check out the retiring list and grab whatever is on your list before it’s gone.

Thanks for stopping by . . . till next time . . .
