The Right Triangle – Happy Birthday

How many triangles can you count on this card? Did you guess 10? Then you’re right! Each side has 5 triangles of various sizes – the 2 diagonal ones were stamped and the others were die cut. Today’s card features The Right Triangle and the Stitched Triangles dies – a new bundle in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog. When I started creating this card, I was planning to stamp just the diagonal triangle, but it was getting me a little dizzy, so I thought I should add some neutral triangles to remove the dizzying affect. The small triangles were die cut and then stamped with one of the images from the set.

I want to continue playing with this bundle because I’m envisioning many ways to use it. To be honest, it’s not my favorite layout and I think it needs some improvement. I needed a masculine card and wanted to use this set, unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to really play with it until I was satisfied. Next time . . .

I like the stitched look on cards so if it’s a die with stitching, it’s on my list. The Right Triangle stamp images are nice with many possibilities. The Stitched Triangles dies come with 16 stitched triangles and 3 other fun dies.

For the sentiment I used the Well Written Dies and the adhesive sheets. These sheets are the perfect adhesive to use for word dies instead of applying small amounts of glue on your letters. Adhere the adhesive to your cardstock, die cut the word and just peel the adhesive and glue it to your card.

What do you think of The Right Triangle bundle? If this was your card, how would you change it? Let me know by leaving me a comment below.

Thanks for stopping by . . . till next time . . . Brunie
