Today’s card is a slider card using the No Bones About It stamp. Now what 2 year old boy wouldn’t like to see a dinosaur sliding back and forth? I know my grandson did – this was his birthday card last year. Yep you read that right, last year. As I mentioned a few posts back, I’m a bit behind in my posting, but I thought I would share it with you before this stamp set is no longer available.
Stamping is so much fun – just ask any experienced crafter or child! I’ve been teaching my grandson how to stamp ever since he could hold a clear block in his hand and I must say he’s learned well. He knows just what to do on his own. When he visits and wants to stamp, we go to my studio and he picks out his favorite stamps and the No Bones About It is one of them. He chooses his colors from a drawer I have with my old ink pads and gets the clear blocks he needs and starts stamping away. Tap, tap, tap, stamp! Not only does he stamp but after he’s done, he cleans them, puts them back in the case and back on the shelf where they belong. Yes!! I have 2 more grandsons to teach, but I need to wait a little longer since they’re only 9 months old and a year old. Soon their turn will come. Isn’t it great when we can share what we love with others?
How do you like the little party hat on the dino? Isn’t it cute? Click here to see another No Bones About It card.
