Have you seen the 2022 January – June catalog yet? There are some great products in there. Today’s card features the On the Horizon bundle.
With minor adjustments, I cased (copy and share everything) this card from the catalog because I liked the simplicity of it. What is the difference between this card and the one on page 42 of the catalog? Read on below.
Card Details
Similarities:
- I used the same colors as the sample
- The same products and layout were used
Differences:
- Used the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder on a layer instead of front white cardstock
- Changed the greeting – I used the birthday greeting from the Flowing Flowers stamp set
- Did not use ribbon behind the fence area
- Less pebbles were used on my card
- Did not use Designer Series Paper instead used the embossed cardstock
- Instead of DSP behind the fence, I used a water painter to apply ink onto shimmery cardstock
Before I ran my white cardstock through the embossing machine, I sponged it with Misty Moonlight and Old Olive inks.

My Favorites
I love this card and the relaxing feel it conveys. My favorite element from this card is the pebbles enamels. They’re even nicer in person. My 2nd favorite is the dies – love that fence!
