The Berry Blessings stamp and Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper is a combined free item from the Sale-A-Bration catalog that also coordinates with the Sweet Strawberry Bundle from the 2021 January – June Catalog on page 44.
The Berry Delightful DSP is very pretty and as always the Stampin’ Up! coordinating stamp goes so well with the paper. This was a quick and easy card to make. It’s a two step stamp which means you stamp the outline and then stamp the image that fills that outline. It’s all colored in so you don’t need to use any other coloring tools. It doesn’t mean you can’t, but if you want a quick card, using the two step method is the way to go.
After I assembled my card, I applied some added texture to the berries by using the fine tip glue on three of them. Can you see the difference? Three of the bigger berries on the right are shiny and the other berries on the bottom are not.
Card Details
- Card base – Pacific Point 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″ (side opening)
- Stamped leaves on upper section of card base with VersaMark ink
- Adhered 2-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ DSP to bottom of card base
- Used the largest of the scallop dies from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies
- Stamped outline of leaves with Mossy Meadow and filled in with Garden Green ink
- Stamped berries outline with Night of Navy and filled in with Pacific Point ink
- Sentiment stamped with Night of Navy ink
- Tied a bow with the Night of Navy twine and the Misty Moonlight/Silver Bakers Twine and adhered with a glue dot
- Adhered the scallop white cardstock with Stampin’ Dimensionals
