The Peaceful Petals Stamp Set is a great set in the Occasions catalog that is going away on June 1st. I used this set last night at my technique club meeting to make this beautiful detached bookmark card using the Stampin’ Trimmer with the Rotary Addition and the Perforating Cutting Blade. I also used the Scallop Tag Topper Punch on the bookmark (another great tool!). Not only does the recipient have a beautiful card but also a bookmark to use by just tearing it off the card. Everytime the person sees the bookmark, they will always remember you and your sweet card!
The Rotary Addition is very easy to use and if you have the Stampin’ Trimmer already I would highly recommend you get the Rotary Addition with the available cutting blades and if you don’t have the Stampin’ Trimmer then you need to get it. The arm of the trimmer comes off so you can switch to the rotary arm and quickly insert the blade of your choice. You also need to turn the track mat to the the side where there’s no groove.
