Color & Contour Stamp
This set is a 2 step stamp and comes with 2 main flower images, leaves and five inspiring and supportive sentiments. The nice thing about these flowers is that you can use the stamp image to fill the flower or color them with whatever coloring medium you like. The fill in flower image is not intended to be precise but to be artsy looking. The stamp is being offered as a bundle with the Scallop Contour Dies, which I’m sure you’ll love. It has six stitched scallop frame dies, a stitched scallop border and 2 dies to die cut the flower images.
For today’s card, I used 2 of the scallop frame dies by layering them together to create the opening in the middle. I die cut 3 sets and glued them together to give it more dimension.
The die cut for the sentiment is from one of the flower dies. Although it is intended to die cut the flowers on my card, I chose to stamp the sentiment to give the card a more artsy look. Don’t you love the font? I sure do! Both the frame and die cut were adhered with dimensionals.
2021-2023 In Colors
Let’s talk about colors! Three of the 5 In Colors were used on this card. These are my 3 favorite colors from the new in colors. They are so cheerful and bright. Don’t you think? One of the other 2 colors is a deeper tone of Mint Macaron and the other a dark forest green color. So what are names of these new in colors, you ask? They are Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.
