Happy Monday! Today’s card features the Nature’s Harvest bundle first seen in the 2021 July – December catalog, Special Moments set from the 2022 Sale-A-Bration brochure and the Hive 3D embossing folder from the 2022 January – June Catalog.
The Nature’s Harvest and the coordinating pretty Harvest dies was a bundle I didn’t purchase until November 2021. Cornflowers are one of my favorite flowers and so I couldn’t resist any longer and got the set. The only reason I hesitated was because I own Inspired By Nature – an older Stampin’ Up! set which I absolutely love! Although both sets have cornflowers, they are different in size and style. An added bonus is that Nature’s Harvest has coordinating dies. Nature’s Harvest bundle has been carried over and is still available.
Can you spot a new product in this card? If you guessed the embossing section, you’re correct! The Hive 3D Embossing folder is a new product in the 2022 January – June Catalog. This is such a pretty folder and I love the texture it adds to the card.
Card Details
Let’s talk about the details . . .
- The card base is Smoky Slate cut at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and scored at 4-1/4.
- The Blackberry Bliss cardstock was cut diagonally and embossed with the Hive 3D folder
- White cardstock was also cut diagonally
- An embossed border from the Peony dies was placed between the white and blackberry bliss cardstock.
- A rectangular piece of white cardstock was stamped a couple of times with one of the images from the Nature’s Harvest set with Mossy Meadow ink.
- The Mossy Meadow stems are from the Harvest dies which I adhered with the Multipurpose liquid glue
- The flowers were stamped with Memento Black ink and colored with Blackberry Bliss, Cinnamon Cider and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends onto a circle from the layering circle dies. Circle was mounted onto card base with dimensionals.
- Sentiment was stamped with Blackberry Bliss ink.
