The Cute Fruit stamp is perfect for #simple stamping. All you need is the stamp, ink, paper and adhesive – no other tools to make this sweet friend card.
This stamp set is perfect for the beginner or for the person who likes to make quick cards. If you haven’t seen this set in the catalog it’s because the set is in the Beginner’s Brochure. You can check it out here and right now it’s on the retiring list. Stamping is meant to be fun and not overwhelming. Although it’s nice to have different types of stamping tools, it’s not always necessary.
Every now and then I challenge myself to create a quick card without using any other tools. There’s much more you can do with this set, but I kept it simple.
Card Details
- Coastal Cabana card base – 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
- White cardstock 3-1/2″ x 3-7/8″
- Background was stamped with VersaMark ink
- The circles were stamped with Granny Apple Green and the inside image was stamped off using Granny Apple Green and Coastal Cabana ink
- The watermelon was stamped with Garden Green and Real Red
- The greetings were stamped with Coastal Cabana and Real Red
The Cute Fruit stamp is a 2 step stamp with 17 stamps – 4 greetings and 13 images. If you want to get started with stamping, consider getting this project collection kit which comes with the stamp, a clear block, 8-1/2″ x 11″ white cardstock, and 8 stamping spots (smaller version of our regular sized ink pads).
