I’m back again with another card featuring the Snailed It Stamp bundle, this time using the mushroom image as the focus.
This is my 3rd post with this set so I think it’s obvious that I like this stamp bundle. When I first saw this stamp set, what caught my attention was these whimsical mushrooms. I don’t know why, but I like to color mushrooms like these. Sometimes I like to take a break from the serious stamps and flower sets and do something cutesy. So what are the details to this card? Let’s check it out.
Card Details
This is actually a simple card and quick because though it was colored, it didn’t take long to color. The card base is Just Jade cut at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and scored at 4-1/4″. The Pretty Peacock cardstock layer under the stitched frames was cut at 5-1/2″ x 2-5/8″. I die cut 2 stitched white frames – aren’t they nice? It’s part of the Snail Dies. The two mushroom images were colored with the same Stampin’ Blend colors but reversed. These are the Stampin’ Blends I used: Light Pretty Peacock, Light Just Jade, Light & Dark Granny Apple Green, Light Rococo Rose and Light Crumb Cake. I then die cut mushroom images and mounted them onto the white frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I used the small label for my hello sentiment that was inked with Pretty Peacock and die cut one of the small mushrooms with Pretty Peacock cardstock for the top and Crumb Cake cardstock for the stem. The small pieces in the mushroom that are usually removed were left intact. I used tear and tape to adhere the ribbon to the card base.

Retiring Products
In less than 2 weeks, the retiring list of products from the Annual Catalog will be coming out. Although I don’t know everything that will be retiring, I do know that the 2019-2021 In Colors will be and all products that have these colors, that means cardstock, DSP, ink refills, markers, Stampin’ Blends, embellishments, and ribbons. The 2019-2021 In Colors are: Pretty Peacock, Rococo Rose, Purple Posy, Seaside Spray and Terracotta Tile. If you like any of these colors or if you have ink pads but didn’t purchase the ink refills, consider getting them so you can continue using your ink pads in the future.
