Count My Blessings

Miss me? My last post was in June and some of you have been wondering where I’ve been. Well, this has been an extremely busy summer which has extended into September and October – family and church activities, another precious grandson born, vacation, a couple of classes and workshops and of course, just everyday life. In spite of the busyness, I have a few projects to share with you.

Count My Blessings

Today’s card features Count My Blessings, a cute set from the Holiday Catalog. Did you notice the nice glittery texture behind the flower? It’s not an embossing folder, but it’s embossing paste used over one of the party patterned decorative masks sprinkled with Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

Have you tried the embossing paste yet? Check out this video and see what else you can do with this paste. You can use it with framelits. Spread some embossing paste inside the framelit, let it dry then run it through the big shot and you’ll get a nice textured image. When applying glitter, sprinkle it over the paste while it’s still wet. One thing you’ll want to remember is to clean your palette knives right after you use them.

With all the different ways you can use this embossing paste, you’ll definitely want to get your hands on this paste. So what do you think?

Thanks for stopping by . . . till next time. . . Brunie
