One of my all-time favorite things to do is watch the sunset whenever I can. I just love them! So when my family and I vacationed in Hawaii last month, I made sure I didn’t miss it. Hawaiian sunsets are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The picture above is one that my daughter took right from the balcony of our hotel room. The one below is one that I took that very same night. See the birds on the tree?
This is a picture that my daughter-in-law took on another night.
I like to create sunsets . . . I’m still trying to perfect them. Here’s a card I made a couple of months ago using the Water Wash Technique with one of my favorite stamps, Inspired by Nature – It’s too bad this set is retired, I just love the grass and coneflowers.
Because I was going to use my Aqua Painters Brushes which meant more water than usual on this card, I used Watercolor paper instead of regular cardstock, which can absorb much more water than regular cardstock.
So what do you think of my sunsets? Leave me a comment.
Till next time . . . sit, relax and enjoy a sunset!
