I know Valentine’s Day is over, but I still have some cards I haven’t posted yet so I thought I would share another one with you. I used several stamps to create this card but the main focus was done with Mediterranean Moments and So In Love.
There are two techniques I used on this card – the first being that I made an opening of several layers with the Layering Square Framelits so that the main image can still be viewed in the inside when it is opened. I also used the masking technique on the table and chair image.
The original image has 3 chairs, but I only wanted 2 for a cozy, romantic meal so I covered one of the chairs with a post it note when I inked up the stamp. The outside border was done with one of the images from Timeless Textures to give it a vintage feel.
When I look at this card, it calls out to me and makes me want to go out to a warm and quiet place for 2 – my husband and me. Do you feel it, too?
