The next couple of days, I’ll share with you some of my favorite stamps. Today’s stamp set is World of Dreams & Gorgeous Grunge from the Annual Catalog.
I stamped my card and then to create a faux tile look, I scored lines using the Simply Scoring Tool – one of my favorite tools that I use ALL the time to score my cards and make 3D projects. How do you like those adorable love birds and the Venetian Crochet Trim? Unfortunately, the sentiment is from last year’s retired hostess stamp (Simply Sketched) – that’s because I made this card last November and forgot to post it.
If you read my blog regularly, you’ll know that another favorite stamp that I use A LOT is Gorgeous Grunge. On this card, I used it around the bird image. I think it adds something special to the card instead of leaving it plain around the birds, don’t you?
