Here’s another Cozy Cottage card – this time using more of the images from the set. Doesn’t the cottage call you to come in? My three favorite features of this card is the walkway, the stone fireplace chimney and stone gate. It makes me think of Thomas Kinkade cottages. The sentiment came from the Wetlands retired set. You can use the Cozy Cottage stamp set to make a nice ‘thank you for your hospitality’ card. Wouldn’t it be nice to receive one like this?
Once again, I used my Stampin’ Blends. I’m not the best at coloring with alcohol markers or other coloring mediums to create depth and the shadows, etc. but the Stampin’ Blends and some of the images makes it easier. I’m still learning and hopefully one day I master it in some way – I like coloring because it’s so relaxing.
Thanks for stopping by . . . till next time . . .have a warm, snowless, crafty weekend . . . Brunie
