My mother-in-law turned 80 earlier this month and I wanted to make her a special card to commemorate that special day. This is the one I made for her. I didn’t take a picture of the inside, but I put a big 8-0 that I die cut with the Large Numbers Framelits. I was pleased how this card came out and like the femininity of it.
The Detailed Floral Thinlits and the flower image from Floral Phrases allows you to create beautiful cards like this one. I used the larger thinlit and adhered the top portion of it to the Very Vanilla cardstock. I brushed Clear Wink of Stella over the Flirty Flamingo cardstock, tied some lace trim around it and added a couple of pearls. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Balloon Celebration set.
