Today’s project is a note pad I made as a gift for one of my hostesses. The shaped notepad was made using the Floral Frames framelits and the Sale-A-Bration Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper and Flowering Fields Stamp. The word ‘notes’ was from an older Paper Pumpkin box.
I simply ran several sheets of copy paper through the big shot using the Floral Frames Framelits and then stamped a flower on each page. I used 2 pieces of cardboard for the front and back and glued them together after I ran them through the Big Shot to make the notepad a sturdy one. After I glued the designer series paper on the front and back, I made a hole using my Crop-A-Dile and inserted a ring binder.
This project was easy to make. Look at your die collection and make your own notepad using one of them. Decorate as you desire.
Wouldn’t this be a great small gift for a teacher, or someone who needs to jot notes? It’s small enough that you can carry it in your pocketbook for when you need it.
