The Celebrate Today stamp set is a very festive stamp with balloons, streamers, banners – all you need to make a great birthday card.
To save time on cutting – I would definitely recommend getting the matching Balloon framelits – it die cuts the balloons, banner, streamer and ribbon–after all, who wants to cut with scissors when you can save time with the framelits?!
