Here’s a non-traditional color for a Valentine’s Day card. On this card, I used the Perfect Pennant Bundle (Perfect Pennants stamp & Banners Framelits) as well as Sponge Daubers to create the Bokeh technique effect. I’ll be teaching this technique to my stamping club this week.
