When I think of sympathy cards, I think of something soothing so I decided to go with one of my favorite stamp sets Just Believe and give the main flower a watercolor effect using the watercolor paper.
All you need to do is color the image with your markers and spray mist your cardstock with water and stamp–instant watercolor effect. Sympathy cards is one of those types of cards that I do not stamp ahead of time. I like to make them with the person in mind. Receiving a special card during their time of sorrow is uplifting and something they read again and again when they need encouragement.
