Birthday Field Flowers

Today’s card uses the Field Flowers stamp. Don’t these colors go well together?

Field Flowers Stamp Set

I used Lucky Limeade for the stem of the flower and was going to use it for the embossed cardstock but preferred something a little more subtle so I went to one of my favorite colors – Certainly Celery – which will soon be discontinued. I wanted a bit of shine so I applied Shimmer Paint to the embossed cardstock and flowers. The paint and the embossing deepens the color.

Not Quite Navy

Here’s some breaking news . . .I just found out that Not Quite Navy has been discontinued  as the inventory has been depleted completely!  Remember if you want any of the soon-to-be discontinued colors, don’t wait too long as they are only available as supplies last.  Want to see what colors are being discontinued?  Click here.

Till next time . . . have a blessed day.
