I’m one of those people who prefers not to eat out for Valentine’s Day because many times all you encounter is crowded restaurants. I rather get something for take out and eat it at home or make something special that we both like and create our own quiet and romantic setting, then watch a movie or just do something fun. That’s my idea of Valentine’s Day – spending time with those you love. What’s your idea?
Here’s a quick card I made, but when I was almost done with it, I got some blue ink on it from one of my inked stamps from another project. UGH!
See the bit of blue ink in the sign area? I know it’s a small smudge but I couldn’t ignore it so I moved one of the hearts to cover it . . . and that’s what you do when you make a mistake – cover it with an embellishment, sponge it, spritz it or something and no one will ever know!
