Fun Floral District Dahlia Folds

Have you ever done the dahlia fold technique?  My technique club met last week and I taught them how to make this fold.  It takes a little time but the outcome is well worth it.

We used the Floral District Designer Series Paper to make the dahlia and put a Summer Starfruit In Color Dahlia in the center or some put a Rich Razzleberry button in the middle which looked just as good. We used the Betsy’s Blooms wheel for the bottom and top of the Whisper White cardstock and then attached the cardstock to our party bag tied with one of our new stitched ribbons.  Wouldn’t you love to be the recipient of this party bag?  Leave me a comment and let me know what you think.
